A conference trip to Berkeley for CS&Law 2026, followed by a day exploring the UC Berkeley campus.
I travelled to UC Berkeley for the 5th ACM Symposium on Computer Science and Law (CS&Law 2026), where I presented my work during the poster session. After the conference, I spent my final day exploring the campus.

After the conference, I visited the Simons Institute for the Theory of Computing while exploring the UC Berkeley campus.

I visited County Durham for MAPSP 2026, held at Redworth Hall Hotel, with time to explore the surrounding countryside and Raby Castle.
I stayed at Redworth Hall Hotel for MAPSP 2026 – 17th Workshop on Models and Algorithms for Planning and Scheduling Problems. Between sessions, I walked through the nearby countryside, and the workshop’s social event included a visit to Raby Castle.

London was the first and final stop of my 21–27 June 2026 trip to the United Kingdom for MAPSP 2026.
I arrived in London on 21 June and left from King’s Cross the following morning for County Durham, where I would attend MAPSP 2026.
After MAPSP 2026, I returned to London on 26 June and spent the following day visiting Buckingham Palace, viewing the Palace of Westminster and Elizabeth Tower from the South Bank, and exploring the British Museum.

China’s most vibrant metropolis. All three of my visits were for competitive programming—twice as a contestant and once as event staff.
I visited Shanghai University’s Baoshan Campus for the 2022 ICPC Asia East Continent Final Contest. Competing as “HDU-T04,” my teammates and I received a silver medal.
I returned to Shanghai University for the 2023 ICPC Asia East Continent Final Contest. Competing as “Minming Fan Club,” my teammates and I received another silver medal. During this visit, I also reunited with classmates with whom I had learned competitive programming in high school.
As a member of the Universal Cup Organizing Committee, I travelled to Shanghai for the 2026 Universal Cup Finals at Huawei’s Lianqiu Lake R&D Center in Qingpu. I hosted both the opening and closing ceremonies and took part in the event livestreams and interviews.

A research trip combining a summer school and ISAAC 2024 with time to explore Sydney’s university, coast, theatres, and harbour.
I spent 3–6 December at the University of Sydney for the satellite event and summer school “Recent Trends in Algorithms.” From 9–11 December, I attended the 35th International Symposium on Algorithms and Computation (ISAAC 2024), where our paper “Revisit the Scheduling Problem with Calibrations” was accepted and I presented it on 9 December. Between the two events, I explored the city and attended two performances.

A two-day competition trip to Wuhan University, where HDU-Eva earned a gold award at the 2024 ICPC Wuhan Invitational.
I travelled to Wuhan University with my wife, who was my girlfriend at the time, to compete as team “HDU-Eva” in the 2024 ICPC China Wuhan National Invitational Programming Contest. We received a gold award.
